Shipping and Returns

Buggypower S.L” (company that commercializes the Alguimya products), with registered office at Calle Miguel Hernandez 16, Bajo, 20740 San Pedro del Pinatar, Murcia, SPAIN, wants you to be fully satisfied with all your purchases made on the alguimya.com page. However, we are aware that at times you may want to return a product. The reason for the return determines how long it will take to return the product. Only products purchased through alguimya.com will be eligible. If you have purchased our products through other places that not the alguimya.com page, you should contact the merchant where you purchased those same products. Below we will describe the possible cases for return:

  1. Right of free resolution

This legal right granted to consumers (natural persons who use the services for non-professional purposes) allows, in the case of:

a) Unused articles and;
b) Complete article (with all components and accessories, instruction manual and original packaging) and;
c) Non-damaged, non-washed item;
d) Accompanied by an invoice for the purchase of the product.

    can be returned within 14 days, without the need to invoke a justification and without penalty. Products returned incomplete, damaged or used by the customer will not be accepted. For your security we recommend that you use a certified shipping service.

    To invoke this right you should send an email to customer@alguimya.com with the following data:

    • the product (s) to be returned
    • a copy of the invoice.
    • mention this right
    • if you wish to replace your product with another identical product or be refunded of the amount paid.

    You will then receive a response with the instructions. If gifts have been offered with this purchase, you must return them, even if you return only one product. Returned products will be refunded in the original form of payment with the exception of the shipping costs. The refund can take up to 30 days. 

    1. Product that is defective, damaged, replaced or missing

    You should report any of these situations by sending an email to customer@alguimya.com with the following information:

    • mention a situation that occurred (defective, damaged, changed or missing)
    • a copy of the invoice.

    After analysis, you will receive a response with the instructions. If what you have described falls into one of the following situations: defect, damaged, changed or missing, ALGUIMYA will be responsible for the return, exchange or delivery at no cost to the customer.

    The return of the product will only be accepted if:

    a) The articles are unused and;
    b) Article is complete (with all components and accessories, instruction manual and original packaging) and;
    c) Non-damaged, non-washed item;
    d) Accompanied by an invoice for the purchase of the product.
